I found this recipe here and have made it at least twice this season. Go over and take a look at her pretty pictures. Even people who don't care much for pumpkin eat this yummy dish up.Preheat oven to 350
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (I use 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp cloves)
Mix above together and pour in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan
1 box Spice Cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans (I leave mine kind of big)
3/4 cup butter, melted
Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture
Sprinkle pecans on top of that
Drizzle melted butter over everything
Bake 50-60 minutes
Serve with whipped cream. YUM

Where do you find all your recipes? Sounds very good. I made a pumpkin cheesecake which turned out delicious.
