1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup margarine
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1cup flour
Preheat oven to 375. Grease 24 mini-muffin cups. Mix above ingredients and mix until just combined. Fill the prepared mini muffin cups about half full.
Bake in preheated oven about 15-20 minutes.
While muffins are baking, melt 1/4 cup butter in a bowl. In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar with one teaspoon ground cinnamon. When the mini muffins are done, remove them from their cups, dip each muffin in the butter, then roll in the sugar. YUM!

These look wonderful! I love that they are baked, not fried. Yum, yum.
These sound so good! I'm also excited that they are baked and not friend.
yummy and easy, this is definitly our breakfast tomorrow
Oh why is the computer screen not "lick and taste"?
Pass the plate please! How easy and delicious for sure!
I made these this morning but they came out very flat. I noticed it didn't call for any baking powder...was that accidentally left out of the recipe? It might just be the difference in ingredients here. Next time I'll add some leavening. :)
Yummy Yummy Yummy can't wait to try these!!
Is it 1c total sugar and 1/2c butter or are the sugar and butter only for dipping?
